Victor Lima

With a distinct professional career spanning over 35 years, the current Chairman of the Board of Directors of Anglobal has his academic roots in Mechanical Engineering, an area in which he graduated from the Faculty of Engineering of the Agostinho Neto University.

His experience spans a wide range of technical and leadership areas, including Mechanical Engineering, Telecommunications and Energy Engineering. In 2004, he joined Anglobal as Director of Operations and Maintenance, where he played a crucial role in the company’s growth and expansion. In recognition of his significant contribution and exemplary leadership, he was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of Anglobal by unanimous decision of the Administration.

Under his leadership, Anglobal has prospered and currently has more than 750 active employees. He is known for his ability to inspire and motivate his teams, fostering a work environment that values ​​innovation and commitment to excellence.

The President is also an active supporter of the continuous development of talent within the company, investing in training and development to ensure that Anglobal remains at the forefront of the sector.

Paul da Gama

He has a degree in Electrical Engineering from Cape Tech University, based in Cape Town, South Africa. With a consolidated career spanning more than two decades, he began his professional activity in South Africa, shortly after completing his studies.

Over the years, he has accumulated extensive experience in the Information Technology, Telecommunications and Energy sectors in Angola, where he led and coordinated technical teams in several projects. He is the founder of Multitech in Angola, a company where he had the opportunity to develop, manage and form teams, acquiring comprehensive experience in management, which includes the financial, commercial and people and project management areas, having been the General Director of the same until joining Anglobal.

In February 2023, he was appointed Administrator of Anglobal, with responsibility for Commercial, Implementation, Equipment and Energy. Currently, it manages a team of more than 188 employees, showing a strong commitment to operational excellence and strategic innovation.

Paula da Gama is also passionate about sport, an activity that he considers essential for personal and professional balance.

Rui Correia

Rui Correia, graduated in Law from the Catholic University of Angola, has a distinguished career spanning more than 30 years, encompassing vast experience in operational, management and leadership areas. His academic training is complemented by in-depth knowledge in Mechanical Engineering, acquired through his initial training, and a postgraduate degree in Business Management from the Gordon Institute of Business Science.

Before joining Anglobal in 2018 as Operation and Maintenance Function Leader, he accumulated valuable experiences in several renowned companies. Where he was responsible for the development of new businesses and facilities, contributing significantly to the expansion of companies in Angola. His work included the implementation of important safety and quality standards, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14000 and OHSOS 18000, as well as the restructuring of supply chains and logistics.

Promoted in 2021 to Senior O&M Leader at Anglobal, Rui now leads a team of 200 employees, demonstrating competence in managing large teams and implementing strategic projects. He is known for his exceptional training and succession planning capabilities, skills that are fundamental to the company’s sustainability and continuous innovation.

Manuel Calçada

Manuel Calçada, Senior Commercial and Marketing Leader at Anglobal, has a career built over 40 years in the Aviation and Telecommunications industries. With a degree and executive training in Management from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, Manuel has performed crucial roles in management, sales, marketing and communication.

Throughout his extensive career, he has worked for renowned airlines and telecommunications giants such as PT Multimedia/Zon and Unitel, where he developed marketing and sales strategies that were fundamental to the growth and expansion of these companies in highly competitive markets. Manuel joined the Anglobal team in February 2021, bringing with him deep expertise in commercial negotiations and direct marketing strategies.

Known for his practical and operational approach, Manuel has excellent relationship skills, having built a vast network of contacts over the years that allows him to identify and explore new business opportunities effectively. He is a born strategist and an anticipator of trends, always looking for innovation and creative approaches to solve problems and satisfy market needs.

Fluent in English, Portuguese, Spanish and French, his personal interaction skills are remarkable, allowing him to lead teams in highly creative and multicultural environments. Manuel is also a fervent supporter of interactivity as the path to the future of brand and product communication.

Paula Ferreira

Paula Ferreira, with more than 15 years of experience dedicated to human development, is an outstanding Human Resources Director in the areas of telecommunications and manufacturing. Social and Organizational Psychologist, she also has a postgraduate degree in Management, reflecting her solid academic training and commitment to continuous improvement.

His career is marked by extensive experience in the national and international market, having performed management roles in countries such as Brazil, South Africa and Portugal, in addition to Angola. Certified in Coaching and Mentoring, Paula has a special ability to enhance individual and collective performance within organizations. As a Behavioral Analyst, he uses methodologies such as DISC and PDA to develop effective talent management strategies adapted to organizational needs.

Furthermore, Paula has extensive experience in Consulting in Strategic Human Resources Management and is a Certified Professional Trainer, frequently providing behavioral training in Emotional Intelligence, Leadership, Sales, Negotiation and Strategic Management, covering a variety of topics essential to the business success.

Also recognized as a motivational speaker, Paula is a frequent speaker in lectures on leadership, management and mental health and well-being in organizations, contributing to the debate and awareness about the importance of well-being in the workplace. A frequent practitioner of yoga and other physical activities, she firmly believes that personal well-being is a catalyst for organizational success.

Through her innovative leadership and humanized approach, Paula has significantly contributed to the transformation of HR practices in Angola, making them a fundamental pillar for the growth and sustainability of the organizations she leads.
